Electric Vehicles Seminar at Focus
At the request of some of our development partners we recently held an EV seminar at our headquarters in Kedah, Malaysia. While the seminar focused mostly on the main technologies (including motors, controllers, batteries, vehicles and chargers) some key market analysis was also covered, including the market size and growth rate, prospects in SE Asia, and even consumer feedback and a recent study performed by Focus and MIROS (M’sian Institute of Road Safety Research). Several demonstrations were performed, with “audience participation” in both riding various EV’s, as well as driving drive cycles on the chassis dynamometer.
